About Reservations…
-
The Jugg Sisters Tour is $50 per person and all other tours are $45 per person.
TN sales tax is included, but the price doesn't cover a tip for your driver.
-
All seats are reserved on our Book A Tour page. NOTE: You may only reserve 20 seats on any public tour. If you have more than that, scroll down for Private Tour information.
A $5 per seat non-refundable deposit is charged when you book the reservation and the final Balance Due will be charged two days before the tour. You will receive an updated confirmation email showing that you’re paid in full. The email will have all tour details, including an emergency contact number for tour day. Be sure to check your Junk mail after booking the tour if you don't see the email in your in-box. And if you still don't see anything, send an email to info@nashtrash.com and we can send you.a new confirmation.

The Big Pink Bus is parked at the Nashville Farmers’ Market at 900 Rosa L. Parks Blvd., Nashville, TN 37208. They offer free parking to our customers and while there is generally enough parking for everyone, weekends and special events can make parking limited. If you have a bigger group, we do recommend that you carpool or take a ride share to help with the number of cars in the lot.
Once you get to the Farmers’ Market, you will see the Big Pink Bus inside the fence at the south end (towards the right). There is a waiting area next to the bus where you can sign in and wait for the tour. There are also restrooms close by if you need to use them before we start.
-
Our schedule changes throughout the year, but typically we have different tours scheduled on Tuesdays through Sundays at 11 AM. We do offer some 2 PM tours, but during the hotter months of summer, we do not typically run at that time.
We are closed on all major holidays and for events in Downtown Nashville that require street closures, such as the CMA Fest and the Music City Marathon.
-
The tour lasts about two hours, depending on downtown traffic. We take a short stop at the halfway point for a bathroom/beverage break, but you don't have to get off the bus if you do not want to.
-
NO children under 15 due to the adult-themed nature of the shows.
NO bachelorette parties.
NO pets: Certified service animals only. Please email info@nashtrash.com to inform us that you will be bringing a service animal.
NO reserved seating: Boarding is by order of arrival, so if you want to sit with/near others in your party, plan to arrive as a group and sign in at least 30 minutes early.
-

You can place yourself on the waiting list for a tour through our website. If someone cancels their reservation with the number of seats you need, you’ll automatically receive an email. There is no priority set on the waitlist so multiple people can be notified, so you will need to act quickly. Note: The waitlist will cap out once the number of reservations hits 10 or more.
We do sometimes have no-shows on tour day. There’s no way to know when that will happen, but to get on the Stand-By list on tour day you can come to our waiting area and put your name on the signup sheet. The Online Waiting List does not apply on tour day. You must be first to sign up on tour day to get any no-show seats!
-
To view or cancel an entire booking, use the link in your confirmation email. To change a reservation, send an email to info@nashtrash.com. Tell us how many seats you no longer need, or the new desired time/date, and we can update your reservation if seats are available. Deposits are non-refundable, and deposits paid for canceled seats are not applied to the remaining reservation.
Note: You can cancel any booking up to 3 hours before the tour, but there are cancellation fees:
More than 7 days before your tour = $5 per-seat deposit you paid is non-refundable, but there’s no additional fee
Less than 7 days before the tour = 50% of the balance due
Less than 4 days = 75% of the balance due
Less than 2 days, or you're a no-show at tour time = 100% of the balance due

We rarely, and never want to, cancel a tour, but sometimes there are circumstances we can't control:
There are no understudies for our tours, so there may be personal emergencies that requires us to cancel or switch a tour.
We have only one Big Pink Bus, and if she breaks down, we can't run the tour.
The bus is fully enclosed and tours run in almost all weather conditions except ice or extreme heat. If the streets are not safe in winter, or if the heat index rises above 100º in the summer, we will contact you at least two hours before your tour if we must cancel.
Due to the cost of running each tour, there must be at least 20 seats reserved. It rarely happens, but if we fail to get at least 20 people, the tour may be canceled.
If we have to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund including your deposit.
We normally send out any cancellation alerts by email and follow up with a text so please provide a tour day mobile phone number in case there's is a cancellation. (If you don't have a cell, be sure to check your email on tour day.)
-
You can buy Vouchers for tours on the Gift Certificates page. They're good from one year from the date of purchase and are applied when booking a reservation!
-
The No-Bachelorettes Rule was implemented after years of bad experiences. We can't keep you from reserving seats, but if you or anyone in your party is disruptive, you will be asked to leave.
When You’re on the Bus…
-
Food is not allowed on the bus. You may bring a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice in a non-breakable cup, but coolers are not allowed.
-
This is show, not a party bus. We want everyone to have fun and be able to hear the tour guides, but if you or anyone in your party is disruptive, you may be asked to leave the bus.
Keep cell phones on vibrate and please do make calls during a tour.
No large hats, feather boas, or anything with glitter.
-
The tour is general admission and there's no reserved seating. The bus is loaded in order of sign-in time so if you want to sit with/near someone be sure to arrive in a group, get there at least 30 minutes early and sign in at the waiting area.
-
Tours run year-round and the Big Pink Bus is climate-controlled. However, during the hottest months of summer we generally don’t run the 2PM tour
-
No, there is not. Please make arrangements to store your luggage elsewhere while on the tour.
-
The Big Pink Bus is an old school bus and does not have wheelchair access. We do put a stool out on the ground to help with that first big step. If you can make it up regular stairs with some help and can sit in a bus seat for two hours, you’ll be fine for the tour.
-
Being an old school bus, there is not a restroom. There are restrooms at the Farmers’ Market that you can use before and after the tour and we will make one stop about half way through for a bathroom break.
Private Tours…
-
To book a private tour, contact us at info@nashtrash.com with a date and time that you are interested in reserving. It’s a good idea to have alternate dates in mind since we have to fit private tours in with our normal schedule and your first choice may not be available. The more notice that you can give us, the better because we cannot make a tour private after reservations have already been made. If we know about a private tour before the month’s schedule opens we can reserve the time slot for you.
The price for a private Brenda Kay Tour is $1,800 and the other tours are $1,620. There is also an additional $150 gratuity that will be added. Private tour prices are the same regardless of the number of people on the bus, and include sales tax. We require a minimum of 20 people and the bus can hold a total of 36 people. A 10% non-refundable deposit will be charged when booking, which is credited to the total price. If you cancel for any reason after you confirm your reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
-
Trust us: a half-empty bus is not a fun experience for you or the tour guides. If you reserve a private tour, there must be at least 20 people in your party when you arrive at the bus. If you don’t have at least 20 people confirmed ten days before your tour, email us to update your number of confirmed seats; we will change your booking to a public tour so other guests can book your empty seats. Any seat that we are able to sell, you will be refunded for. You will still be charged for any unsold seats. Note: transportation from other locations is not available for public tours. If you book the entire bus and arrive with fewer than 20 people, your tour may be canceled with no refund.
-
For an additional $150 transport fee, we can pick up and/or drop off a private tour at another location, but the location must be inside the downtown interstate loop. Please contact us before adding that service to your tour. Transports are offered only for private tours. If you book seats on a public tour, you must come to the Farmers’ Market.
-
The Big Pink Bus only holds 36 people and we don't do tours on other vehicles. Groups larger than 36 will need to be divided up.
